The payment collected (₹49) is a token amount only to initiate your booking — it is not the total cost of the service. Final charges will be determined by the hospital.
After booking confirmation, you must arrive at the hospital within 90 minutes and provide your OTP to the hospital staff to confirm your reservation. Failure to arrive within 90 minutes will result in automatic cancellation of your booking.

Find Hospitals Near You
DrX Consult helps patients find nearby hospitals and access healthcare-related services. You can use your location to find hospitals within your area and view available hospital information, including bed availability and specializations where available.
Check Hospital Bed Availability
Users can submit a hospital query for bed availability, including general ward and ICU requirements. Nearby hospitals may be notified based on the location provided by the user.
Find Doctor Availability
You can submit a query for doctor availability and specify a medical specialization such as cardiology, neurology or another required specialty. Availability depends on the respective hospital.
Ambulance Booking
DrX Consult also provides access to ambulance booking services through the ambulance section of the platform. Availability and service details depend on the available ambulance providers.
Find Blood Donors
Users can use the blood donor service to search for available blood donors based on the information provided through the platform.
Find Organ Donors
DrX Consult also provides an organ donor section where users can access available donor-related services and information.
